About The Position

The Busser assists food and beverage staff in cleaning and maintaining the work environment. The role may be assigned to Food & Beverage work stations in the casino and/or hotel and provides excellent guest service to guests and internal clients. The employee must follow Tribal Ordinances and Regulations, the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures. There are no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months of related experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, move, and work throughout the property, including walking up to 1½ miles, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to grasp, bend, lift, carry, or otherwise move goods weighing at least 25 pounds on an intermittent basis.
• Sufficient hand dexterity to use office equipment, including a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment, and a multi-line telephone.

Responsibilities

• Stock all areas of the outlet.
• Clean, reset, and maintain tables.
• Maintain all equipment.
• Ensure Food & Beverage areas meet company standards and applicable regulations.
• Stay up to date on property events and the hours of operation for all Food & Beverage outlets.
• Provide excellent guest service to guests and internal clients.
• Adhere to Tribal Ordinances and Regulations, the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.
