About The Position

Unidine is hiring a full-time Busser at Moorings Park in Naples, Florida. The Busser sets and clears restaurant tables, stocks service stations, and assists food servers with table service. The role includes maintaining clean and adequately stocked stations, helping with food and beverage service, transporting dirty tableware to the dishwashing area, and completing assigned cleaning and side work. Days and hours may vary, and availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays is required. The pay range is $16.00 to $17.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Senior living experience is required.

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years of fine dining experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting; promptly reset serviceware according to prescribed standards.
• Maintain the stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods, including necessary silverware, linen, and condiments.
• Wipe down booths and chairs, move tables and chairs, and clean floors as necessary.
• Serve guests beverages, breads, and butter, replenish them as necessary, and assist servers with food and beverage service.
• Transport dirty tableware from the dining room to the dishwashing area.
• Perform assigned general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products.
• Fold napkins throughout the day to maintain an adequate supply.
• Perform assigned side work, including replenishing condiments and restocking side stands.
• Perform other assigned duties, such as cleaning unexpected spills, handling special guest requests, and greeting and seating guests.
