About The Position

The Busser assists food and beverage staff in cleaning and maintaining the work environment. The position may be assigned to food and beverage work stations in the casino and/or hotel. It provides service to guests and internal clients and requires adherence to Tribal Ordinances and Regulations, the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.

The work involves moving throughout the property, including walking up to 1½ miles, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods. The employee may work in a smoke-filled environment; noise is usually moderate but can increase in the casino. The role also involves intermittently moving goods weighing at least 25 pounds and using office equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months of related experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, move, and work throughout the property, including walking up to 1½ miles, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to grasp, bend, lift, carry, or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 pounds on an intermittent basis.
• Sufficient hand dexterity to use office equipment, including a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment, and a multi-line telephone.

Responsibilities

• Stock all areas of the outlet.
• Clean, reset, and maintain tables.
• Maintain all equipment.
• Ensure food and beverage areas meet company standards and applicable regulations.
• Stay up to date on property events and food and beverage outlet hours of operation.
• Provide excellent guest service to guests and internal clients.
• Adhere to Tribal Ordinances and Regulations, the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.
