About The Position
The Busser supports the dining service team by keeping dining areas clean and organized and helping provide guests with a seamless, enjoyable dining experience. The role involves assisting servers, handling dining essentials, delivering dishes, and responding to guest requests in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The position is with Hilton San Diego Gaslamp Quarter, managed by Davidson Hospitality Group.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.

- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Assist servers in setting up tables and maintaining a clean dining area.
- Clear tables promptly and efficiently.
- Refill water glasses, bread baskets, and other dining essentials as needed.
- Communicate with the service team to support smooth operations.
- Assist in carrying food trays and delivering dishes to the appropriate tables.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide customer service.
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas, including sweeping and mopping floors.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support a positive dining experience for guests.
