About The Position

The Busser supports restaurant operations by maintaining dining room tables and server stations, transporting bus tubs and carts, and assisting with guest service. The role works with food servers, host/cashiers, kitchen personnel, and other restaurant staff to help ensure a sanitary, safe, and effective dining environment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to communicate in English.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume restaurant.
• Typically acquired through at least two months of on-the-job training or experience directly related to the role's accountabilities.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, stock, and set up dining room tables and server stations to restaurant standards.
• Transport bus tubs and carts to the dishwashing area.
• Assist kitchen personnel with unloading and cleaning bus tubs and carts.
• Discreetly clear individual settings from guest tables as each course is completed.
• Provide additional settings, utensils, and condiments as needed or requested.
• Work with food servers, host/cashiers, and other restaurant personnel to provide guest service.
• Use and maintain assigned areas and equipment in a sanitary, safe, and effective manner.
