About The Position

The Busser supports restaurant service at Wellborn 2R Steakhouse in Wichita Falls by clearing and resetting tables, replenishing dining-room and service-bar supplies, serving basic items to patrons, and assisting wait staff as needed. The role requires punctual attendance in uniform, compliance with company policies, and contributions to the company’s guest-service, safety, wellness, sustainability, and team-member culture. Scheduling may vary and include nights, weekends, and holidays. The position involves working indoors and requires frequent standing and walking, along with other physical activities and occasional lifting of heavy items.

• Ability to perform the listed physical activities, including standing and walking for a significant degree and moving objects using light force.

Responsibilities

• Carry dirty dishes from the dining room to the kitchen.
• Replace soiled table linens and set tables with silverware and glassware.
• Replenish clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in the dining room.
• Decorate and stock the service bar with food such as soups, salads, and desserts.
• Replenish the service bar with utensils and dishes.
• Serve ice water and butter to patrons.
• Clean and polish sneeze guards, glass shelves and doors, and service-bar equipment such as coffee urns and cream and milk dispensers.
• Assist wait staff as management deems necessary to provide timely guest service.
• Run errands and deliver food orders to meeting rooms when needed.
• Transfer food and dishes between floors using a dumbwaiter when needed.
• Report for scheduled shifts on time and in uniform in accordance with company policy.
• Know and comply with company policies and procedures related to the position and its duties.
• Support the O’Reach, Green Team, Guest Service, Team Member Satisfaction, Health & Wellness, and Safety cultures.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
