Requirements

6 months related experience
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
Excellent guest service skills and communication skills.
Ability to handle high volume and stress situations.

Bi-lingual a plus

Responsibilities

Clean tables and get them ready for the next guests in a high volume setting where speed and cleanliness are of the utmost importance.
Assist the food server if time permits.
Perform all side work as indicated by the start of shift checklist.
Maintain cleanliness of side station and all work areas.
Clear, wipe and reset tables according to table setting standards.
Transport dirty items to dish room.
Bring supplies from dish room: silverware, glasses, plates, coffee cups and saucers.
Make regular periodic runs over the carpet with sweeper.
Other reasonable duties as assigned.
