About The Position

The Busser / Service Support assists Bartenders and Servers by maintaining area cleanliness and providing the support needed for fast, friendly, and accommodating service. The role helps deliver a Guest experience centered on food, drinks, and games in a fun environment. It requires friendliness, clear communication with Guests and Team Members, and the ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required. Restaurant and/or bar experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

Demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly with Guests and other Team Members.
Be friendly and able to smile while working days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds, moving throughout the facility, standing or walking for the entire shift, and frequently reaching, bending, and stooping.
Be able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
Be able to read and write handwritten notes.

Restaurant and/or bar experience.

Responsibilities

Keep bus stands clean and stocked, and ensure wait stations remain clean.
Empty trash and spot-sweep floors as needed or when requested by a Manager.
Perform opening and closing responsibilities, including party breakdown duties.
Restock and prepare supplies for shift changes and closing.
Bus and reset tables.
Assist Guests by clearing dishes and glassware and refilling beverages.
Assist with party setup.
Maintain restroom cleanliness and restock supplies.
Clean high chairs and booster chairs.
Follow company sanitation procedures.
Keep the immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed about problems or unusual matters, taking corrective action or suggesting alternatives where appropriate.
Create a warm, fun atmosphere for Guests and Team Members.
Assist other Team Members as needed or when business needs dictate.
