About The Position

Assists bartenders, cocktail staff, and wait staff by maintaining cleanliness and providing support for fast, friendly, and accommodating service. Helps deliver a guest experience combining food, drinks, and games in a fun environment. The role involves working in a noisy, fast-paced setting and may require work days, nights, and/or weekends as needed. Applicants must be at least 16 years old. Restaurant and/or bar experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly with guests and other team members.
• Must be friendly and able to smile frequently while working.
• Ability to read and write handwritten notes.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to move about the facility and stand for long periods; walking or standing for 100% of the shift is required.
• Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
• Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant and/or bar experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bus stand cleanliness and keep it stocked.
• Keep wait stations clean.
• Empty trash and spot-sweep floors as needed or when requested by a manager.
• Perform opening and closing responsibilities, including party breakdown duties.
• Restock and prepare supplies for shift changes and closing.
• Ensure food is properly garnished before running it to guests.
• Follow tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure food is delivered promptly and correctly.
• Bus and reset tables.
• Deliver food to tables and ensure guests have what they need.
• Assist guests by clearing dishes and glassware and refilling beverages.
• Assist with party setup.
• Maintain restroom cleanliness, including restocking supplies.
• Clean high chairs and booster chairs.
• Assist other team members as needed or when business needs dictate.
• Adhere to company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
