Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of our guests.
- Knowledgeable about the menu and the varying products we carry.
- Must be able to constantly stand and exert well-paced mobility for a period up to four hours in length.
- Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and squat on a frequent basis to receive and store stock, supplies and equipment as well as to work the line during service periods.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors, employees, vendors and guests.
Nice To Haves
- No previous experience is needed. We offer on-the-job training.
Responsibilities
- Overall cleanliness of the shack.
- Assist coworkers in ensuring a smooth day of service by cleaning and sweeping the dining room.
- Resetting each table with full sauce caddies.
- Taking out the garbage.
- Stocking ice in the bar.
- Cleaning the bathrooms.
- Stocking the bar.
- Pre-bussing tables, ensuring guests do not sit with dirty plates or glasses.
- Checking with guests to make sure they would like you to clear their place.
- Wiping down tables and sweeping the floor to make sure no guest sits at a dirty table, particularly during rush periods.
