About The Position

As a Busser/ Runner at Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse inside MGM Grand, you will be part of a dining destination inspired by the Four Sixes Ranch and the vision of Taylor Sheridan. As a member of the service team, you will maintain your assigned section in a clean and sanitary condition, clear dishes and glassware, reset tables, and work closely with Food Servers to provide guest service. You will support food delivery and keep side stations stocked with clean dishes, silverware, glassware, and condiments to help ensure smooth service and a memorable dining experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of prior relevant experience in a restaurant as a busser or food runner.
• At least 1 year of experience working in fast-paced, high-volume restaurant operations.
• Experience working in a similar resort setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain food and beverage stations in a clean and orderly manner.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment.
• Keep floors free of debris and spills.
• Sweep and mop floors and empty garbage as required by the property.
• Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station.
• Clean and sanitize tables and chairs.
• Retrieve orders from the warehouse and stock the storeroom.
• Assist with proper stock rotation.
• Run food as required by the Department.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.
