About The Position

The Bowl at Ballantyne is opening this fall and is looking for a Back Server (Busser/Food Runner). Culinary Dropout, part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, is a growing brand known for its innovative concepts, high-energy atmosphere, and genuine hospitality. We are seeking individuals with a passion for hard work, having fun, and delivering exceptional service. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to stand for long periods, and lift up to 25 pounds. You will be responsible for clearing and cleaning tables, resetting them for new guests, and ensuring a smooth operation in a high-volume environment. Availability to work weekends and some holidays is required.

Requirements

Prior experience in a restaurant is great, but the ability to work as a team and a dynamic personality is even better.
Excellent communication skills
Can stand for long periods of time
Able to lift up to 25 pounds
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Responsibilities

Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest
Clear and clean tables after guests leave. This includes dishware, tabletops, chairs, booths, and the floor.
Reset the table quickly for the next guest.
Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
Respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
Communicate with the guests, servers, hosts, and managers to ensure great customer service
Availability to work weekends and some holidays
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
