About The Position

The Embassy Suites by Hilton South Bend at Notre Dame is hiring a part-time Busperson for the PM shift. Located at Eddy Street Commons across from the University of Notre Dame, the hotel has 164 guest rooms and more than 10,400 square feet of event space. The role focuses on keeping dining areas clean and organized while helping create memorable guest experiences through warm, attentive hospitality. The schedule requires working from 5 p.m. to midnight, including weekends and holidays.

The Busperson clears and transports tableware, keeps service stations stocked and clean, assists servers with beverages, bread, and other items, and clears and resets dining tables. The role also requires compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations. Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively seek ways to make guests’ experiences special.
• Clear dishware, glassware, and silverware after meal service and transport them to the dishwashing area.
• Keep service stations stocked, clean, and ready for service.
• Assist servers by delivering beverages, bread, and other items as needed.
• Clear and reset tables with clean serviceware.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
