About The Position

The Busperson works at Embassy Suites by Hilton Indianapolis Downtown, an all-suite hotel connected to the Indiana Convention Center in downtown Indianapolis. The role supports the hotel’s dining operations by keeping dining areas and service stations clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service while providing warm, friendly hospitality to guests.

The Busperson clears and transports dishware, glassware, and silverware to the dishwashing area; assists servers by delivering beverages, bread, and other items; and clears and resets tables with clean serviceware. The position also requires compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations. Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make guests’ experiences special.
• Remove dishware, glassware, and silverware at the end of meal service and deliver them to the dishwashing area.
• Keep service stations fully stocked, clean, and ready for service.
• Assist servers by delivering beverages, bread, and other items as needed.
• Clear and reset tables with clean serviceware.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
