About The Position

ZS is seeking a consulting leader for its Digital Products and Solutions practice to oversee high-impact digital programs built on Microsoft technologies. The role leads complex enterprise delivery using Azure AI, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, and related Microsoft products, with a focus on performance, user experience, and business value.

The manager embeds AI and low-code tools into client solutions, operationalizes AI assistants and Copilot agents across business processes, and leads AI-enabled and Power Platform-driven programs and delivery teams. The role also shapes digital strategy with clients and ZS leaders, supports business development, establishes governance and risk controls for AI-driven work, develops reusable assets and training, represents ZS in Microsoft and industry forums, and promotes collaboration across practices.

The position is hybrid, combining work from home with on-site presence at client or ZS offices for the majority of the week. Travel is required for client-facing employees as project and client needs dictate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in life science industry management consulting.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale digital programs.
• Strong expertise in digital transformation methodologies and delivery models.
• Proven track record in training and mentoring delivery managers.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks in large-scale digital initiatives.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and aligning diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and product-centric digital program execution.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Business development experience supporting digital program expansion.
• Client-first mentality, intense work ethic, collaborative spirit, and problem-solving approach.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in both the US and India.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, enterprise-scale, multi-cloud and cross-platform programs using Azure AI, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, and Copilot.
• Embed Microsoft AI and low-code platforms into client solutions to accelerate automation, insight generation, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Implement frameworks to safely and effectively scale AI assistants and Copilot agents across commercial, supply chain, and operations business processes.
• Lead end-to-end execution of AI-enabled and Power Platform-driven programs, including integrations with Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Power BI, Fabric, and Dynamics 365.
• Manage multifunctional delivery teams and ensure consistent velocity, quality, and client alignment using structured DPS delivery methods.
• Collaborate with ZS leaders and client stakeholders to align program strategies with Microsoft’s evolving ecosystem and business transformation agendas.
• Strengthen proposals and pitches with delivery-led credibility and storytelling about Microsoft-based accelerators and solution patterns.
• Define and implement delivery methodologies and controls for AI and automation engagements, upholding responsible AI and secure cloud practices.
• Develop reusable assets, accelerators, and training programs to scale ZS’s internal capabilities in Azure AI, Copilot, and Power Platform.
• Participate in Microsoft partner events, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives to showcase ZS’s innovation and build brand authority.
• Promote collaboration across Data & AI, Business Apps, and Digital & App Innovation to enable integrated client solutions.
