About The Position

ZS is seeking a seasoned senior leader to manage a portfolio of clients subscribing to data management and analytics modules of its ZAIDYN platform for life sciences. The role leads significant direct client interaction and manages multiple data management and analytics deployments simultaneously. The manager combines a product mindset with an understanding of the consulting services business, brings ZS expertise to client challenges, builds and expands client business, and coordinates end-to-end technology delivery with onshore and offshore teams. The position also partners with senior leadership on project management, develops robust and scalable technical designs, communicates with senior leaders and clients, identifies technology and domain trends, and mentors ZS teams.

ZS uses a hybrid working model: employees are onsite at clients or ZS offices three days a week, with the option to work remotely two days a week. Client-facing employees should be prepared to travel as needed. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship. Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a specialization in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or another computer-related discipline.
• 10–14 years of relevant consulting-industry experience working on medium- to large-scale technology solution delivery engagements.
• Demonstrated experience driving complex technology implementations, including creating a product or solution in Big Data Analytics.
• Knowledge of all phases of solution development for large-scale, multi-tenant applications.
• Experience working in agile teams with short release cycles.
• Strong technical team leadership, mentorship, and collaboration skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong client presence and ability to communicate technical concepts verbally and in writing to all audiences.
• Significant supervisory, coaching, and hands-on project management skills.
• Ability to manage a virtual global team environment and contribute to timely delivery of multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel to other global offices as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients’ business challenges and provide thought leadership and proactive access to ZS expertise.
• Apply a product mindset while understanding the consulting services business.
• Build new business and expand existing client portfolios.
• Participate in client sales calls and RFP responses with client teams and sales leads to propose appropriate service offerings.
• Work with onshore and offshore teams to develop price estimates, plan capacity, coordinate end-to-end technology delivery, report project status, and act as an escalation path for clients.
• Coordinate delivery across ZAIDYN Data & Analytics modules, BI reporting, analytics, AI, digital, big data, cloud, and MDM solutions.
• Partner with senior leadership on project planning, staffing management, and people growth.
• Ensure technical designs are robust and scalable, consistent with ZS and industry practices, and balance architecture requirements with client needs.
• Use existing assets in solution design and delivery.
• Update senior leaders and prepare and present compelling, creative client presentations.
• Identify technology and domain trends, develop ZS points of view, and drive innovative client solutions.
• Mentor, develop, and motivate ZS teams and people.
• Manage a virtual global team environment and support timely delivery of multiple projects.
• Travel to other global offices as needed to work with clients or internal project teams.
