About The Position

The Global Finance Business Partner is the senior finance lead for Pharma Solutions and finance leader for the Alabaster site. The role provides independent insight, constructive challenge and decision support, connecting site performance with a global view of the business. It partners with the Pharma Solutions Vice President, the Alabaster Site Head and their leadership teams, and coordinates financial insight across the United States, Denmark, the United Kingdom and Korea. The position reports to the North America Finance Director and has no direct reports. It is supported by SAP data, site accountants and the broader Finance organization. The role leads global performance reporting and review, with a focus on sales, margin, profitability, cash flow, working capital, forecasts and capital returns. It supports business strategy and five-year plans, coordinates budgets and forecasts, advises on commercial contracts, and analyzes capacity, portfolio and investment trade-offs across sites. It also strengthens capital-project governance, including investments of $1 million or more, technology transfers and grant applications, and integrates Alabaster performance and investment decisions into the global business view. The successful candidate will build a consistent monthly performance-review rhythm, establish clear profitability visibility across products, portfolios and sites, align Alabaster site finance with global routines, and implement practical dashboard, automation and analytics improvements. This is a senior individual-contributor leadership role focused on influence and decision quality rather than managing a large organization. It requires balancing strategic perspective with hands-on analysis, working with limited oversight, and communicating financial implications clearly. This is an on-site position with associated travel, based at Croda’s corporate headquarters in Princeton, New Jersey. The annual base salary range is $170,000–$210,000. Additional compensation, such as annual bonuses or other incentives, may be offered based on eligibility and company policies.
