Finance Business Partner
About The Position
The Finance Business Partner oversees financial planning and budgeting, accounting and financial reporting, and compliance with financial regulations. The role provides financial advice to school leadership and supports financially responsible choices based on the needs of students and schools. The position is guided by ISP’s principles of putting children and students first, treating everyone with care and respect, operating effectively, acting responsibly with finances, and learning continuously. ISP emphasizes safeguarding and the welfare of children and young people; post holders are subject to appropriate vetting, including an online due diligence search, references, and satisfactory criminal background checks or equivalent covering the previous 10 years of employment history. Requirements
- Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Significant experience in financial management, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong financial management and analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software.
