About The Position
Triunity Software is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join its growing team in Calgary, Alberta. The role bridges business needs and technology solutions in a software environment, helping solve complex problems and drive meaningful change.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with data analysis tools and SQL.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams.
- Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to align business and IT objectives.
- Develop use cases, process flows, and user stories to support solution design.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support QA efforts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business leaders.
