Business Systems Analyst
About The Position
Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for an immediate 06+ month contract opportunity with long-term potential. The position is remote in Ohio and supports a client in the insurance industry. The analyst will gather and refine requirements, work with business and technology stakeholders to create project artifacts, maintain Planview AgilePlace and work-tracking boards, and develop gap analyses and success criteria. The stated pay rate is $57.14 per hour. Employee benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), a 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave, depending on work location.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of related work experience in requirements-gathering activities or systems experience.
- Familiarity with Planview Portfolios dashboard and reporting, or experience using the Planview toolset.
- Proficiency in writing functional, performance, and solutions requirements in AzDO.
- Experience creating requirements for cloud solutions.
- Knowledge of data mapping, data lineage, and data integrations or system migrations.
Responsibilities
- Build and document report and dashboard requirements for Business and IT teams as needed.
- Create, update, and refine current requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders or subject matter experts for working sessions to create required program and project artifacts.
- Create and maintain Planview AgilePlace program and project boards, collaborating with Tech and QA Leads for updates.
- Produce gap analyses to determine and create future requirements.
- Develop and validate success criteria.
