About The Position

Triunity Software is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join its team in Calgary, Alberta. The role bridges business needs and technology solutions in a software environment. Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Nice To Haves

Experience with data analysis tools and SQL.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams.
Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to align business and IT objectives.
Develop use cases, process flows, and user stories to support solution design.
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support quality assurance efforts throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business leaders.
