About The Position

This position leads critical projects within the Commercial organization, driving the successful execution and delivery of digital solutions. It ensures solutions align with business needs, technical capabilities, and strategic initiatives. The role gathers and analyzes requirements, collaborates with stakeholders, and helps ensure solutions meet quality standards. The successful candidate will use analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to navigate business challenges and deliver solutions. This position is part of a job family with increasing responsibility, competency, and skill levels; the actual title and pay grade will depend on the selected candidate’s experience and qualifications.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Skills and knowledge described include adaptability, AI fundamentals, change management, Agile methodology, analytical thinking, business analysis, business partner relations, business process modeling and redesign, continuous improvement, incident management, quality assurance, requirements management, SDLC, and specification development.

Responsibilities

Manage the definition of business processes to measure, analyze, improve, and control processes under review.
Communicate with stakeholders to align understanding of requirements and identify cross-functional changes or impacts of specifications for solution delivery.
Develop recommendations for appropriate systems alternatives or enhancements to current systems.
Investigate business performance and other measures to support business planning, apply iterative processes, facilitate root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement to improve system stability, user experience, and process efficiency.
Perform cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses for proposed systems to support management implementation decisions.
Support implementation of ways to improve team working processes.
Support monitoring IT service management practices for incident, change, problem, and Solution Development Lifecycle delivery methodologies, including advanced configuration tasks; maintain documentation, controls, and traceability for audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate test case development and execution, and support strategy creation for technology delivery.
Plan, execute, and document user stories and user feedback to support development of prototypes and wireframes.
Identify and evaluate opportunities to use AI and AI-assisted tools to improve business processes, requirements analysis, documentation, test design, decision-making, knowledge management, and user productivity.
