About The Position

MPE is a contract designer, developer, and manufacturer of complex electromechanical and robotic-assisted surgical systems for the medical device market. Its products include real-time 3D surgical navigation platforms and non-invasive technologies that treat tumors. The company is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to improve its IFS ERP environment, building and maintaining solutions used across the company. The role works with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, engineering, and finance teams in a regulated industry where reliable systems and clean data support patient care.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Experience designing and supporting complex ERP systems.
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases, system integrations, and APIs.
Strong requirements-gathering and documentation skills.
Ability to explain technical ideas in plain language.

Nice To Haves

IFS experience.
A degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience with ISO 13485, FDA-regulated work, or supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

Support, configure, and troubleshoot the IFS ERP system as a functional and technical resource.
Gather requirements, map business processes, and translate them into functional specifications and configured solutions.
Build and maintain IFS workflows, interfaces, APIs, and system integrations.
Create reports, dashboards, and analytics for leaders.
Lead testing and deployment, and support change control and software validation.
Define project scope, keep stakeholders informed, and flag risks early.
Train users, document configurations, and improve standard operating procedures.
Work with IFS support partners on upgrades and enhancements.
