About The Position

The role works directly with stakeholders to understand business operations, improve processes, and evaluate, implement, and enhance supporting technology. Corporate IT is moving toward a product ownership model in which analysts own a business domain, its backlog, and its roadmap. This position is based in person at the Wilsonville, Oregon corporate office, with occasional travel to warehouse and operational locations, particularly during implementations. The role participates in an on-call rotation as needed and reports to the IT Manager.
