Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role in a software or technology environment.
• Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
• A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

• Proficiency in SQL or data querying.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Evaluate existing systems and workflows to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and walkthroughs with cross-functional teams.
• Develop use cases, process flow diagrams, and user stories to support system design.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that solutions meet business needs.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, and post-launch monitoring.
