About The Position

We are looking for a candidate with experience in EDI claims compliance reporting who can work closely with our product management and development teams to continuously improve the systems that serve our Injury Reporter customer base. You will be involved in analysis of the business requirements and translating them into meaningful specifications. You will also be tasked with extensive research and analysis of customer data and regulatory requirements for problem resolution. The ideal candidate would be able to think logically and process information with a high level of detail, accuracy and efficiency while communicating the information proficiently across different organizational levels. Although the position requires in-depth knowledge of EDI processes and requirements around Worker’s Compensation claims reporting - a thorough on the job training will be provided to fulfill this need. Some level of technical knowledge/experience would be beneficial.

Requirements

Experience in EDI claims compliance reporting.
Ability to think logically and process information with a high level of detail, accuracy and efficiency.
Proficient communication skills across different organizational levels.
Some level of technical knowledge/experience.
