About The Position

Behavioral Innovations is hiring an onsite Business Systems Analyst I in Dallas, Texas. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week, hourly non-exempt role is designed as a learning and growth opportunity. The employee will begin by supporting Salesforce and, as skills develop, gain experience with Power BI, Dayforce, and Python process monitoring. The role helps teams obtain the system access, fields, and reports they need to support the families and clients served by the organization. The position works with manager direction and documented processes. It emphasizes clarifying requests before making changes, accurate and complete work, careful handling of permissions and sensitive data, and escalating issues when appropriate. The role offers a pathway toward Salesforce Administrator or BI Developer work, with support along the way.

Ability to follow documented processes, recognize discrepancies, and know when to stop and escalate, especially regarding permissions and sensitive data.
Clear written communication that can be understood by people outside Technology.
Curiosity, ability to learn new software quickly, and interest in understanding how systems fit together.
Ability to work onsite in Dallas.

Prior experience with data, reports, spreadsheets, administrative systems, or similar analytical work.

Responsibilities

Work the Salesforce ticket queue by setting up and adjusting permissions, adding fields, and creating new objects under a manager's direction.
Manage Power BI workspace and report permissions, answer user questions, and begin learning basic report development.
Build and update Dayforce reports and run bulk data uploads using a test-first process, with review before loading data.
Monitor documented Python processes, identify errors, conduct light investigation, and escalate issues with a clear write-up.
Clarify requests before making changes by asking questions when details are ambiguous.
Resolve Salesforce requests on time, provide users with needed access, ensure Dayforce uploads load cleanly, and catch Python issues early.
