We are hiring a Business Systems Analyst on the Registration and Account Management Team at BCBST! In this role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting and enhancing enterprise‑wide registration and account management capabilities that power our member portal and mobile applications. You’ll work closely with product owners, developers, and cross‑functional partners to gather and refine business requirements, maintain and prioritize the backlog, and support Agile delivery by facilitating Scrum ceremonies. The team supports several highly visible systems, including core components of the Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform that enable registration, authentication, and password recovery for members, brokers, and employer users. Your work will directly impact how users securely access and manage their health information across the organization. To be successful in this role, in addition to the core job requirements, you’ll bring a strong Agile mindset and a highly collaborative approach to working across technical and business teams. You’ll thrive if you have experience translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements, working within SAFe frameworks, and partnering with engineering teams delivering UI and backend services. Experience supporting enterprise‑scale platforms and comfort operating in fast‑moving, Scrum‑based environments will set you up for success on this team. Note: This is a remote, work‑from‑home position, but the final round of interviews will take place on‑site in our Chattanooga, TN office. Sponsorship is unavailable for this role.
