In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our core banking platforms and enterprise software, playing a crucial role in boosting productivity and streamlining communication across our entire organization. You’ll collaborate with different teams to gather and align business requirements with system capabilities, optimize processes, and provide advanced technical support to our system users.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience with banking systems.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in core banking system implementations (e.g., CSI, FIS, FiServ).
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to achieve critical business outcomes.
Willingness to step outside of their comfort zone to tackle new and complex problems.
Eager to pursue ongoing education, certifications, or training to stay ahead in the industry.
