About The Position

We are looking for a Business/System Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is an on-site position focused on customer communications, product strategy, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Based in or able to work on-site in Charlotte, North Carolina
• 3+ years of experience in Business Operations Analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with notification delivery platforms such as Pinpoint, Firebase, Skycreek, or Twilio
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Ability to define KPIs and analyze complex data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure
• Strong understanding of user and customer experience best practices

Responsibilities

• Act as a product owner for customer communications, helping define product vision and strategy
• Own the communications roadmap, backlog, and feature prioritization
• Collaborate with development, design, marketing, customer support, and other stakeholders
• Analyze business risks, dependencies, and opportunities related to new products and services
• Drive A/B testing and experimentation to improve communication strategies
• Monitor performance metrics such as churn, call volume, opt-outs, and engagement
• Manage communications across email, SMS, RCS, push notifications, and other channels
• Use data-driven insights to improve customer communications and experience
