Business Support Partner to the CEO
About The Position
This role is about helping build businesses, not just managing calendars. The Business Support Partner will work directly with the CEO on strategy, operations, growth, investments, partnerships, and high-level problem-solving. Responsibilities can range from researching international tax structures in Dubai to analyzing property investments or evaluating new business opportunities. This is a role for someone who can think, adapt, communicate, and execute at a high level, not a task-following position. The ideal candidate is exceptionally resourceful, a fast learner, academically or professionally strong, curious about business, and frustrated by repetitive or low-responsibility roles. They may come from consulting, startups, business analysis, operations, finance, or engineering, or simply be unusually sharp and ambitious. The company values intelligence, judgment, and problem-solving ability over job titles.
