MU Health Care is looking for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and takes pride in keeping complex operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, fiscally savvy, and confident using independent judgment to manage sensitive information, processes, and priorities with accuracy and discretion. This role is well suited for someone who naturally anticipates needs, solves problems before they escalate, and builds strong, service-oriented relationships across teams and external partners. We value a candidate who is adaptable, tech‑comfortable, and energized by balancing structure with variety while supporting leaders and initiatives that directly impact patient care. If you bring accountability, initiative, and a calm, solutions-focused mindset to everything you do, MU Health Care offers an opportunity to make a visible, meaningful impact every day.
