About The Position

Value Drug Company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Support Administrator to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting the administrative functions of our wholesale distribution facility and helping ensure efficient day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing a variety of administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with site leadership and cross-functional departments to support reporting, documentation, communication, scheduling, and business analysis activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Office365, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous administrative support experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or office environment.
  • Experience with reporting systems, ERP platforms, or automated phone systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for departments across the wholesale distribution facility.
  • Assist with reporting, document preparation, data entry, filing, and general office coordination.
  • Utilize reporting tools, management reports, and spreadsheet models to support business analysis and decision-making.
  • Extract, organize, and interpret data from internal systems and databases.
  • Document business processes and workflows for administrative and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify trends and assist with projections, reporting, and budget preparation.
  • Staff reception desk as needed.
  • Provide phone coverage and assist with internal and external communications.
  • Prepare meeting materials, coordinate schedules, and record meeting notes as needed.
  • Manage mail sorting, company mailings, filing systems, and electronic document storage.
  • Coordinate meetings, training sessions, conference appointments, and on-site events.
  • Support data collection, reporting submissions, and recordkeeping activities.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
