About The Position

LTC Solutions, LLC is seeking a mid-level Business Specialist / Contract Support to provide business, acquisition, procurement, and analytical support to Department of Defense and Marine Corps organizations. This role involves commercial market research, agreement portfolio management, procurement administration, requirements development, Statements of Work (SOWs), and acquisition package development. The Business Specialist will apply analytical methodologies, conduct business and requirements analyses, research commercial capabilities and market conditions, and develop acquisition documentation, reports, and recommendations to support Government procurement and business decisions.

Requirements

U.S. Citizen with an Active Secret security clearance and ability to obtain a CAC card.
Valid U.S. passport required.
5 years of experience providing business, acquisition, procurement, contracting, program, or analytical support to Government personnel.
Experience supporting DoD acquisition, procurement, contracting, or agreement activities.
Experience conducting commercial market research and analyzing vendors, industry, product, service, or capability information.
Experience supporting the development, review, coordination, and maintenance of acquisition and procurement documentation.
Ability to conduct business, requirements, cost-benefit, and other qualitative and quantitative analyses.
Ability to research, collect, organize, analyze, and synthesize information from multiple sources.
Strong analytical, organizational, research, writing, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Ability to manage multiple acquisition actions, documentation requirements, deadlines, and administrative tasks.
Ability to work effectively with Government personnel, contracting professionals, program managers, technical subject matter experts, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Ability to travel as required.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree in Business Management, Acquisition Management, Contracting, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience supporting the Department of Defense, Department of the Navy, or U.S. Marine Corps.
Experience developing or supporting Statements of Work (SOWs), acquisition packages, market research reports, and procurement documentation.
Experience supporting contracts, agreements, or acquisition portfolio management.
Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), DoD acquisition processes, commercial acquisition practices, or other applicable procurement policies and procedures.
Experience developing reports, metrics, analyses, briefings, or decision-support products.

Responsibilities

Conduct commercial market research to identify potential vendors, commercial products and services, industry capabilities, market conditions, and acquisition alternatives.
Research and analyze commercial information to support procurement strategies, acquisition planning, and Government decision-making.
Support the management and administration of contracts, agreements, and acquisition portfolios, including tracking actions, milestones, status, documentation, and deliverables.
Provide procurement administrative support throughout acquisition and agreement processes.
Draft, review, edit, and coordinate Statements of Work (SOWs), requirements documents, acquisition packages, market research documentation, and supporting procurement materials.
Work with Government personnel and subject matter experts to define, document, and refine acquisition requirements.
Conduct business, requirements, and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate alternatives and support acquisition recommendations.
Apply analytical methodologies to evaluate business, market, program, and procurement information and develop actionable recommendations.
Research and compile information from Government, industry, and commercial sources to support acquisition and procurement activities.
Track acquisition and agreement actions, milestones, deadlines, approvals, and documentation through completion.
Develop and maintain spreadsheets, reports, metrics, trackers, and other management tools to support portfolio visibility and decision-making.
Prepare briefings, reports, analyses, summaries, and other decision-support products for Government leadership.
Coordinate with contracting personnel, program managers, technical personnel, vendors, and other stakeholders to support timely completion of procurement requirements.
Maintain accurate acquisition records, supporting documentation, data files, and analytical products.
Support other business, acquisition, procurement, contract, research, and analytical requirements as assigned.
