About The Position

MCAPS-Core accelerates customer outcomes and business growth by uniting product, engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, and partners around a common customer mission. The Customer & Commercial Success (CCS) organization, within MCAPS-Core, focuses on executing Microsoft’s commercial strategy at scale. The Business Program Manager - Employee Experience role within CCS is responsible for leading the organization’s employee experience, recognition, and culture programs, with full ownership of the awards program. This role involves translating organizational priorities into inclusive, high-impact experiences, establishing program strategy and governance, and collaborating with HR, communications, and business operations to enhance culture, acknowledge employee contributions, and drive engagement. An AI-first approach is encouraged, utilizing data, insights, and modern tools to improve program effectiveness and employee impact. Employees within 50 miles of Microsoft's Redmond campus are expected to work in the office three days per week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, project management or process improvement OR equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive program performance, evaluation, and business value: Define and measure Employee Experience programs (Awards, Culture, Give programs) success through KPIs, OKRs, ROI, and other metrics, conduct cost-benefit and risk analyses, monitor program health through dashboards and reviews, and continuously optimize or retire programs based on business impact and lessons learned.
  • Lead change management and stakeholder adoption: Develop and execute change strategies, secure stakeholder buy-in, create communication and onboarding plans, drive adoption of new initiatives, and coordinate training, reskilling, and partner readiness efforts.
  • Manage complex programs and cross-functional execution: Lead project portfolios, governance, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and dependencies; maintain rhythm of business; and collaborate across teams to ensure program requirements, compliance, and operational goals are achieved.
  • Design and improve strategic business programs: Conduct research, forecasting, and business analysis to identify opportunities, define program strategy and success criteria, solve complex problems, improve existing operations, and deliver secure, compliant, and scalable solutions aligned with organizational priorities.
