As a Business Process Management Lead, you will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing end-to-end business processes to drive sustainable improvements in operational performance. The position is based at our Longueuil location, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.

Requirements

  • University degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Lean / continuous improvement within a manufacturing and supply chain environment.
  • Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma tools (Black Belt certification).
  • Experience leading large-scale Lean transformations (multi-site, cross-functional environments).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and drive change management initiatives.
  • Influential leadership skills, with the ability to engage and mobilize stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience improving quality systems (QMS, audits, standardization) is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the current-state process analysis and documentation (BPM mapping, waste identification, bottlenecks, root cause analysis).
  • Facilitate work sessions to design the future-state process.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and challenge the status quo to improve and innovate the process.
  • Ensure alignment with best practices and strategic objectives.
  • Lead and coach the process teams in the proper use of the CORE methodologies, standards and töols.
  • Promote a Cl culture.
  • Track the process performance oyer time.
  • Standardize across sites/functions.
  • Drive identify systemic issues and drive corrective actions.
