About The Position

Our clients are seeking a Business Process Controls Staff/Senior Analysts to test key business process controls across operational and financial functions. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders to conduct process walkthroughs, assess control design and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have experience in business process controls, internal controls testing, internal audit, SOX compliance. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies, control testing, process documentation, and remediation activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Internal Controls, SOX Compliance, Business Process Controls, or related disciplines.
• Experience conducting process walkthroughs, risk assessments, and controls testing.
• Strong understanding of business process controls and operational risk management.
• Ability to analyze complex processes and recommend practical improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process walkthroughs as requested and document process flows, risks, and control activities.
