It reports to Nina Ligon, Head of Commercial Growth & Operations.

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools or automations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organization, and clear written communication.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action.
  • Must be a U.S. person under 15 CFR § 772.1 and authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

  • Identify friction in hiring and operations and improve processes.
  • Identify and thoughtfully implement AI and automation opportunities.
  • Keep the El Segundo and Oakland teams aligned, informed, and operating together.
  • Take ownership of projects that do not fit neatly into another person’s role and see them through.

  • 401k program.
  • Comprehensive health care coverage.
  • Unlimited PTO; the company expects employees to take at least four weeks per year.
