About The Position

Join Hinge Health’s team as a strategic operator driving critical cross-functional initiatives. Example project areas include new revenue and product strategies, business case modeling, market and competitor landscaping, piloting and launching new products, business outcome management, and scaling or transforming operations. During the first three months, the manager will learn business performance metrics and strategic initiatives, build relationships with Product, Commercial, and Clinical stakeholders, and take ownership of a workstream within an ongoing strategic project. Within six months, the manager will drive major cross-functional initiatives and establish dashboards for business performance KPIs. Within twelve months, the manager will own the strategy and operational roadmap for a significant business area and provide leadership with data-driven insights for annual planning and long-term direction.
