About The Position

Our team is made up of 400 people in France, New York, and Singapore, all united by the same ambition: to visibly shake up the global video platform ecosystem. You will report directly to the Business Operations & Strategy, Director and have direct exposure to the Chief Business & Revenue Officer and other executive and senior leadership at Dailymotion. You will work closely with the network of business partners across regions and functions (Ad Operations, Finance, Marketing). You play a key role in shaping the future of Dailymotion globally. You will identify opportunities for growth powered by diligent analyses, robust forecasts and the development of complex strategic models and reports that support strategic decisions, all of which you will help develop and maintain.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience within Business Insight, FP&A or equivalent
  • Master’s Degree, or equivalent degree in Business, Finance or equivalent practical experience
  • Excellent data analysis skills and strong Excel skills
  • High attention to details
  • Quick learner, pro-active and well-organized
  • Ability to deal with complexity and to handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Team player who embraces change and works in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Ideally 2+ years working within a tech company or programmatic

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Regional Commercial and Operation leadership to drive the business by collecting, analyzing, and reporting results/insights.
  • Act as a key advisor on challenges related to business growth, profitability, and resource allocation
  • Contribute to the end-to-end regional budgeting, forecasting processes which includes arranging and running forecast review meetings with management and identifying risks and opportunities and preparing forecast output
  • Ensure the financial and operating targets are aligned with the regional strategic and operational plan
  • Track and analysis a set of sales operational KPIs (pipeline, revenue, margin etc...) and provide complex financial analysis and modelling to support leadership’s business decisions
  • Contribute in preparing top quality reporting packages distributed to the Board of directors (Board meeting, Weekly reviews, Month-End analysis)
  • Drive process improvements across teams to support business growth and transformation
  • Lead continued integration of data, reporting, processes and procedures with overall Company expectations and needs
  • Collaborate with Finance team to ensure completeness and accuracy of regional financial data
