Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances in SaaS
  • Understand enterprise sales cycles and ecosystem-driven growth models
  • Commercially driven and confident negotiating win-win agreements
  • Communicate clearly with both operational teams and executive stakeholders
  • Thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments

Responsibilities

  • Identify, acquire, and onboard strategic partners (consultancies, system integrators, tech platforms)
  • Develop joint go-to-market strategies that drive pipeline and revenue
  • Enable partners with the right messaging, training, and materials to position Lio effectively
  • Build executive relationships and act as the main point of contact for key alliances
  • Track performance, define KPIs, and optimize partnerships for long-term success
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align partnership initiatives
