We are in search of a collaborative and engaged Business Operations Manager to lead and support a team of highly skilled Legal Assistants and Paralegals within our Business Law and Business Litigation teams. This role reports to the Director of Operations and works collaboratively with Lawyers and various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service and support efficient workflow. The ideal candidate for this role will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, is a strategic thinker, and is a positive and empathetic leader excited to oversee two dynamic teams.
