Requirements

  • 1 or more years of experience in administrative support, bookkeeping, business operations, or related roles preferred

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile financial transactions and keep documentation organized and audit ready
  • Draft and manage routine communications on behalf of the team
  • Assist with additional administrative projects and evolving business needs
  • Maintain and manage the company budget, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date
  • Prepare financial reports and summaries to support leadership decision making
  • Coordinate invoices and payments with vendors and internal teams
  • Track income and expenses and identify any discrepancies or concerns
  • Assist with financial forecasting and planning initiatives
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, communication, and documentation
