About The Position

The Americas (AMS) Business Operations Analyst is responsible for providing data support and guidance to North America Business Operations in the domains of SalesForce, CPQ, SAP, PowerBI, Snowflake and other contracting, marketing, sales or service in ERP tools with a focus on distribution business operations and data. This position reports to the Senior Manager AMS Customer Master Data & Analytics, is part of the Distribution Processing Team and will be a remote role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Prepare, manipulate and analyze reports, including complex spreadsheets from SAP, SFDC database, BI reports and build ad-hoc reports as requested. Create and maintain Power BI reports to support distribution processing, distribution contract and revenue compliance using best practice analytical processes. Efficiently and accurately process customer tracings and customer account creations to support end user sales data. Be an innovation advocate for opportunities to improve the delivery of data to stakeholders through reporting and process automation Ensure effective communications with stakeholders, using a variety of tools and channels

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience or Doctoral degree with 0-2 years of experience.
  • Extensive database knowledge, data visualization (Power BI, SFDC required, Snowflake and Qlik preferred), data manipulation and analysis (SQL, Excel, SAL, Salesforce, CRM).

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in Distribution, Healthcare, or Medical Device Operations
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or SQLs or VBA
