About The Position

This role is based at our corporate office in McLean, VA. Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You. This is your chance to be part of a Finance Team that is a critical business partner that manages all global activities related to financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management. As a Senior Analyst on the Americas Operations Finance team reporting to the Senior Manager Americas Operations Finance, you will develop an understanding of the workings of Hilton's hotels and the impact on the P&L while contributing to the efforts to drive the forecast and budget processes during the year. Outputs will include forecast/actuals reports, presentations, and ad-hoc analyses.

Requirements

• Two (2) years of work experience in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, accounting, or data analysis
• Advanced level Microsoft Excel Skills (pivot tables, report building)
• Onsite in McLean, VA

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Hospitality Industry
• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or Business Analytics
• Proficiency in Oracle SmartView and Hyperion Essbase or similar planning software

Responsibilities

• Support the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting process for Hilton's Americas Operations segment.
• Communicate financial budgets, forecasts and actual results into "storyline" and key themes.
• Partner with Operations, Commercial, F&B, and other Hilton teams to drive the performance of managed hotel properties.
• Communicate financial results to senior leadership.
• Create, improve, and maintain key financial and business metrics reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Perform measurable benchmarking that generates value to Owners and Hilton.
• Provide data management and support for the annual budget process.
• Perform ad-hoc project analyses and respond to questions from stakeholders.
