About The Position

Argenta is seeking a Business Operations Analyst for their Americas CRO team, based in Shawnee, KS. This role involves administering and supporting NetSuite, managing financial records, assisting with month-end close processes, and supporting regulatory and clinical contracts. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or Accounting, with a strong understanding of ERP systems like NetSuite and CRM systems like Salesforce. The role requires excellent Excel and data validation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field
Prior experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system preferred
Strong Excel and data-validation skills
Demonstrated attention to detail, ownership and follow through
Ability to manage multiple deadlines, particularly during month end close
Ability to multitask and handle several requests simultaneously

Nice To Haves

Experience in Animal Health preferred but not required
Familiarity with Salesforce and/or a Learning Management system is a plus

Responsibilities

Administer and support NetSuite, serving as day-to-day point of contact for system users
Review timesheets and expense reports for proper coding and compliance
Add employees to projects and ensure proper training is provided
Assist with month end activities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
Create projects, sales orders, purchase orders, and other related records
Create and maintain the month end close calendar
Update project financials in Monday.com following month end close
Assist with reporting and data validation
Add and manage LMS (Learning Management Users) users
Set up new courses within the LMS
Retrieve and distribute training certificates for appropriate personnel
Assist with regulatory and clinical contracts within Salesforce
Support preparation of monthly regulatory reports provided to Regulatory Affairs team
