We’re seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join our Business Operations Team. As a Business Operations Analyst, you'll work as a key member of our team helping with a variety of responsibilities which may include contributions to procurement, third-party onboarding, client onboarding, business continuity, employee onboarding, budgeting and forecasting, business continuity, and more. This is a fast-paced environment that requires the team to pivot often depending on the needs of our product. Ambition and flexibility are key in this role. Requirements

  • Ability and willingness to flex into various responsibilities and disciplines
  • 1-2 years experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Support various projects throughout the business operations space
  • Assist numo product team with third party onboarding which may include evaluation, onboarding, and payment of third parties
  • Evaluate processes, identify and contribute to process improvement
  • Liaise with Third Party Management, Procurement, Sourcing, Legal, Accounts Payable, and Business Continuity teams to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Create and maintain process documentation
  • Contribute to metrics reporting
  • Drive effective teamwork, communication, and collaboration across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities
