About The Position

Oracle Business Planning & Operations is seeking an experienced Business Operations Analyst to partner closely with the AI Infrastructure Sales and Strategic Customer Operations team in the OCI organization. The role sits at the intersection of business operations, program management, and executive decision support, combining analytical discipline with program ownership, influence, and execution. The successful candidate will bring structure to evolving processes, data, and operating mechanisms; identify meaningful insights from operational data; and translate those insights into recommendations and actions for senior and executive leaders. The role involves moving between detailed operational work and executive-level conversations, building credibility with technical and business stakeholders, constructively challenging existing processes, driving cross-functional change, and creating mechanisms that enable better and faster leadership decisions. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure operates at significant scale and complexity. Business Planning & Operations partners with OCI and executive leadership to improve visibility and decision-making related to operations, infrastructure growth, capacity, resources, and changing business priorities. This role offers the opportunity to influence those decisions by improving operating mechanisms, connecting data to business outcomes, and partnering directly with leaders across the organization.
