The Chargeback Analysts II requires minimal supervision and is responsible for handling incoming chargebacks, reviewing documentation, performing research, entering re-presentments, and handling pre-arbitration cases on behalf of our clients for multiple networks on the acquirer side. Additionally, the Chargeback Analyst II handles outgoing chargebacks to resolve cardholder dispute cases for our Issuing processing Banks. As an Analyst II, the position requires the processing of both the issuer and acquirer exception items. The Analyst must maintain a high level of knowledge that is related to Chargeback and Retrievals regulations for Visa, MasterCard and any other network.
