Requirements

Experience with AS400 and WMS systems.
Proficiency in using AS400 queries.
Experience with inventory management and accuracy.
Ability to investigate and correct discrepancies.
Experience with UPC verification.
Familiarity with balance sheet management.
Experience with cycle counting and physical inventory processes.
Ability to coordinate slotting and location management.
Experience with supplier billbacks and depletion execution.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the beverage distribution industry.

Responsibilities

Cycle count management, including triggering counts from other departments and monthly high dollar counts, as well as counts for 400 series manual credits.
Daily approval/rejection/troubleshooting of completed counts and appropriate entries.
Balance Sheet Management: Investigating and correcting balance sheet inaccuracies between WMS and AS400.
Correcting and troubleshooting UPC issues/verifications and AS400 data such as tires and tiers.
Slotting Coordination: Managing empty locations, min and max for forward picks, and velocity management with ongoing re-slotting.
Management of manual credits from WMS to AS400 and reconciliation.
Facilitating vintage checks, unsaleable checks, and inquiries from commercial departments.
Investigating and correcting inventory inaccuracies from previous night picking activities and making correcting entries.
Utilizing AS400 queries to review inventory adjustments for accuracy and investigating/correcting as needed.
Daily WMS review of RTNS, NARIN, Needsloc, items with no forward pick, and items with multiple forward picks.
High-level participation in physical inventory, pick path audits, and empty reserve audits.
Overseeing the Receiving discrepancy tracker and actioning all discrepancies to completion (claim/billbacks).
Managing supplier billbacks/depletion execution aging.
Handling Accounts AP Invoice adjustments, FOB Variances, and PRNI, all related to inventory management and accuracy.
